Annoying runtime error on windows 10 ?

ok im getting really annoyed of the runtime error i get when i Boot my game, i tried every method on youtube, i also updated every driver, and i researched runtime errors,, and i realize that runtime error messages are about the software itself not working and the problem is from the software not the PC.
Does anyone know how to fix this annoying bug? i've been searching for days for answers but obviously failed.
im also very skeptic about using cleaning softwares available online cuz many people warn from using any registry cleaning softwares.

@refraction: I have 23506 on Windows 7. Version shouldn't be a major issue.
