That's not VC, he hasn't updated his DirectX. It would have crashed by now if VC was broken.

Plss help.. i try to run twisted metal black iso in pcsx2 but something wrong. Always appeari the windows solution something like that. Then cant open and cant run the games. Somebody help me to fix this thanks...
