Annoying screen bug?

It's similar to the issue Grandia III has. When FMVs play, the old image on screen gets garbled and pushed to the bounds of the FMV. The solution is to enable the manual game fix "Switch to GSdx software rendering when an FMV plays"

Right, but the issue here is, right now I can go to my Kingdom Hearts game, no trickery of any sort, and that screen issue won't happen. Looking at the console, PCSX2 doesn't switch to software mode to play the video, in-fact there aren't any fixes occurring, just 16 widescreen hacks being loaded.

I do remember Grandia III having that issue though on recent PCSX2 versions.

I've seen it very randomly happen in other games that it's not known to happen in, so maybe this is that.

Strange then, sorry for intervening, but it was odd.

No problem. I didn't see it when I played KH a year ago, either.
