Another Century Episode 1 - Major texture corruption

Apparently nobody played this game, ever, as i couldnt find any mention of the issue.
Anyway, most levels have corruption of skybox textures, some minor, some not so, and only parts of skybox are affected, not too bad. But then i got to this level, and ...

   

Yes, in software mode too. No graphic hacks enabled.
Using revision 5730.

Try disabling speedhacks. they sometimes cause emulation problems.

Play around with the clamping mode??

Try Software Mode (Press F9 ingame).

And this happens in Another Century Episode 2.
YES, in software mode TOO.
Although this is the first time i've seen it in 10 levels or so.
Clamping changes dont seem to have any effect.

Try EE timing hack in manual game fixes.

I know i'm a bit late to the party but its the number one hit by google for this issue and if anyone else stumbles upon it here is the fix:

Disable widescreen cheats.
