Another Persona 4 Question

i walk in the northern part of the Shopping disctrict and in random batlles.
At those parts it will run slowly but my FPS is 60. almost the whole time.

These are my specs.

Proc: AMD Phenom II 945 (4x 3.0 GHz)
Graf Card: XFX Radeon 4890 HD
4 GB Ram,


Thats what i got , maybe one of you know something ???

Disable speedhacks.

Specifically, disable VU Cycle steal. If it's anywhere above "slight" it will cause slowdowns during a lot of different scenes.
