Figured it out. The codes that I was using were already in raw format. I will say that in this particular area I am a Noob, and deserve a smack on the back of the head cause I can fix anything tech wise but in this case, I had a real big blonde moment.
I know that this may be a frequent question. But was wondering how to tend to the sound and video distortion?
