Any Way to Disable Unwanted Stuff? (Background,walls,Etc.)

Hi.
There are Some games that are Playable in my
Intel 946Gz with 2.66ghz

but i just want to play it smoothly is there a way to remove the 3d backgrounds ? I would be satisfied just to see the characters fighting( Soul calibur 3 and Bloody roar 4) I dont even care about the background.
