I've just started using this emulator to play Resident Evil Outbreak online. I've followed all of the steps and it says to use the clr dev9 plugin. I've correctly installed (and unzipped) the file into the plugin folder with the GS plugins. It's in the correct .dll format. I've tried several different dev9 plugins and versions and none of them will appear in config>plugins/bios. I've exhausted all of my options and was hoping someone could tell me why it's not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

pcsx2 doesn't use them anymore

ok here's my Problem I downloaded the new emulator I'm not that savey when it comes to how all this works however I've been lucky enough to be able to play the games I loved till now I can't play gow2 because I cant get the pressure sensitive buttons to work and now ive down loaded this version and it mass produced folders on my desk top I havent a clue what to do with Help please!

AFAIK, Gow2 doesn't pressure sensitive feature.
and your problem doesn't have anythig to do with OP? so i don't know why you posted here ?
