As some of you may know, input lag is still a big issue with PCSX2, even after the frame pacing/latency control feature was implemented. It improved things a bit, but that's it. PCSX2 is fantastic, but certain types of games are just not good to play on it.
The PCSX2 fork on Retroarch actually has less input lag than the real thing, probably because of Retroarch's anti-lag features such as hard GPU sync (for opengl) and frame delay. Unfortunately, it's still in alpha state and a lot of games will not run properly (or even run at all).
Would it be feasible to implement such features in standalone PCSX2? And if not, are there any plans from the dev team to improve input lag even further? I really hope the team doesn't see this issue as "resolved".
