Any way to reduce motion blur when playing high res in SMT:nocturne ?

Tried setting wildarmoffset hack,doesn't work.

I spent half an hour tinkering with TC offset (trying to copy other game's value too) and I don't think it works..

Well I guess if this is how the game is supposed to look on ps2 too then I'll just bear with it. Wonder why no one complains about it when it first come out on ps2 though.
