Anyone know how to add cheats based on this website?

I been wanting to use the debug menu for the Japanese version of Bloody Roar 4 but don't know how to do so. Apparently this website have the cheat code to access it but it all in Japanese words so I don't know which are which. I would be grateful if anyone can help me with it.

Use Omniconvert to un-encrypt the codes. Most of the codes from there was encrypted in GameShark V1 format.
