Anyone know how to fix text on screen?

Final Fantasy X. I managed to get this really annoying text on my screen that looks mostly like code. I did download, and try to get some cheats going, but messed it up, and deleted it (I think that's the main reason).
The text only appears in the beginning, after the sphere grid tutorial. 

Really want this gone! Any help would be very appreciated! I want to give this gem of a game another playthrough.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
