Anything I can do to speed it up some?

That's tough.
You would most likely get at least 2.8Ghz out of that cpu, that'd brought you the 10-15fps you wanted.

Well if you have some method you're positive will work please share Sad but I've looked and looked and tried and tried, nothing I've found works, although there was this one method I could have done, but it involved taking the chip out and actually messing with it physically and I'm not confident enough to do that.

Either way, thanks for the help, I guess I'm just screwed at this point.. Next time I'll be building my own computer, because the inability to overclock has cost me alot in terms of games I'm able to play, this is just yet another one (never finished it before my PS2 broke down and it's kind of hard to play the game when you got a PS2 with a disc drive that works when it wants to work)

SetFSB will most likely work. You'll need to read up about it though.
