What game are you trying to run? As there are some that just wont get very good speeds no matter what your hardware is.
Anyway to increase fps in Software mode?

I'm trying to run Delta Force: Black Hawk Down, and Delta Force: Black Hawk Down Team Sabre. In Hardware mode there is a graphical glitch where the sky box takes up half the bottom of the screen. Software is fine, but I get very low fps.

Do not know about those as I have not read anything on them and I do not play them. Guess they are not well known games
