Ar Tonelico 1-2 Background Problem

hi i'm playing Ar Tonelico 1-2 and i notice the same problem in both games, the game itself runs smoothly but in presentation, menu, save and some other screen i get background problem (not in fight or exploration luckily), like this

no matter what graphic plugin i choose

any suggestion?
