Ar tonelico 2 running slightly jittery.

So I downloaded the emulator and got everything working but for some reason it seems to go kinda slow (around 25-30 FPS for the opening 40-50 in game) are my specs too low or could I have set something up wrong? I'm new to this emulator business.

These are my specs.

amd a8 4555m apu with radeon tm hd graphics 1.60 ghz

8GB of ram

windows 8 64 bit

Use some speedhacks.
1.6 ghz is low for pcsx2

It still seems to run really jittery. I guess my PC is just too weak. Thanks for the help anyways.
