Arctic Thunder graphical weirdness

I am not too sure how poplar this game is to emulate, but I have always loved the arcade version, playing it when I was kid, from what I have played here, its fine and as it should be, I know about the skip MPEG hack, but all the stuff i was able to find of this game on the wiki itself, i have not seen anything about these graphical glitches, I have a pretty good computer, so it should not be that, might be video settings in the plugin it self, but i am not too sure what exactly is causing this to fix it, so if there is anyone who knows what is wrong, please help me, i can get other games working like burnout revenge, so anything will be great

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.
