Yeah check that link which jesalvein posted, but for your question: no. Your specs are way too low.

Ahh... Damn... Thanks you 2 anyway, much appreciated. I only came to ask because Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc was performing disappointingly slow.
Oh and may I ask, if I fiddle with my Speedhacks, will I get a more impressive outcome or will it get worse?

might get better as long as you don't max out sliders.
but I hardly believe it'll bring you playable speeds, whatever you do.

Thanks jesalvein for all your help. I'll definately try tomorrow, see what the performance is with the Speedhacks enabled. My FPS with no Speedhacks was changing from high to low:
Lowest FPS: 10 FPS
Highest FPS: 45 FPS
I only reached 45 FPS two times, and that was when nothing was happening

moreover, ee cycle rate é vu cycle stealing will fake fps counter.
So, it's highly possible you don't REALLY get 45 fps

Okay, well thanks for the help. I'll be fiddling around with the emulator tomorrow.
