Are these enough to run pcsx2?

Hi everyone, i've been trying to get a exceptional fps but it's just not going right i am trying to get ff12 ff10 an kh2 to run on my comp (they are all PAL an i have got the originals) but i can't seem to get decent FPS are these specs worthy for this program:

Processor - AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ (2Cpus), ~2.6Ghz
Graphics - AMD Radeon HQ 6600 series
DirectX Version - DirectX 11
RAM - 4.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 373MHz (5-5-5-15)
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+
Motherboard - MSI MS-7309 (CPU 1)

In order to help you further with your problem, please make sure the following are all provided.

• The version of PCSX2 you are using.
  
• Any non default settings you are using.
  
• What games you are trying to play and if you are playing them from ISO or DVD.

I'm trying to play Final fantasy 12, Final fantasy 10 an kingdom hearts 2 all ISO,
I'm using PSCX2 v 1.9.6-1.9.8
Configs from 1.9.6 to 1.9.8:

Graphics - ZeroGS 0.97.1
Sound - P.E.Op.s SPU2 1.9.0

1st, use 0.9.8 since 0.9.6 is deprecated.
2nd, use gsdx plugin instead of ZeroGS
and 3rd, be sure to keep native res since your GPU is a bit weak

See, i've tried those things an the games still run under 40fps -.-
on 0.9.6 it runs 44-50fps but chunky, 0.9.8 runs 30-50fps, mostly under 50 an i can't get it any faster :|

forget about getting fullspeed under KH2 without speedhacks.
It's a mid-high demanding game and your CPU is too weak to get it running @ full speed.

about FFX and FFX-2, it should be oK with some speedhacks (eecycle rate to 2 and vu cycle stealing to 1)
Except FFX-2 FMvs, of course

i don't have final fantasy X-2 only X an XII 10 an twelve

FF12 is a bit more demanding than FF10 and less than KH2

I tried your settings an it's still not running faster.
An i can't run plugins like gsdx-sse4-r4600.dll, i've seen many other users using that plugin an have a lot worse specs so why can't i use it :|, i have direct x 11 an it doesn't register aswell, i'm new to the ps2 emu so sorry for the questions XD

pcsx2 uses up to SSE2 from AMD except AMD-FX(bulldozer)
while Intel uses up to SSSE3 and SSE4.1
2011~2012 Intel-i CPU is up to AVX.
despite your using a non-phenon AMD...ff12 and kh2 will run slow~mid-average at random.
only ffx will run fine on your rig.
