Are these laptop specs good enough?

Hi I'm new to this emulation stuff on PCs so I have a few questions.
I am planning on buying a new laptop because my current one is ancient and can barely emulate ps1 games. So I decided to get a custom made laptop from PC specialist.
Here are the specs

Intel core I74810mq 2.8ghz (3.8 turbo) Quad core
16gb Kingston hyper x impact 1600mhz ram (2x8gb)
2x Nvidia GeForce gtx 980m 8gb DDR5
500gb Samsung 850 evo SSD
750gb WD Scorpio Black wd7500bpkx

Not sure what else to write about it.

Is this strong enough to emulate any ps2 game I choose?
Grab turismo 3 is one of the games I want to run. I know final fantasy 12 and 10 will work fine.
So any advice will be welcome.
