It is fully playable with everything set at default using pcsx2 beta r1888. I don't recall whether you need to have microVU 0 and 1 on in the cpu setting, so try it with them. There is some minor graphical glitch which apply to all 3 games using gsdx r1873 when the internal resolution is non native. I don't know if it has fixed in the latest beta gsdx, so you may want to test and see it yourself.
