why my game starts and ask me to insert ps or ps2 format disk while using an iso of game ???

There is any number of reasons this thread could conclude.

maybe the iso was made by selecting files from the dvd and creating an iso image, instead of creating an iso from the disk itself

you know what, its plainly obvious that you lack the ability to even rip an iso, so lets just cut to the chase and stop helping you.

simpliest way to rip the disk to an iso is by using imgburn. A freeware... just place the disk in the disk tray and launch the program. Then select "Burn ISO image" (or something like that), browse where you want to save and you're done!
