Audio Delay on Imac ¡HALP!

Hi there, i been using your forum to fix my problems with pscx2, but there's one i can not face. 
i have audio delay, a really, really annoying audio delay (like 2 or 3 seconds), when i play FFXII or FFX.
It's killing me, i have tried everything i could possible find here, but non of those threads have been helpful.
sooooooo... i post this, in order to find more help. I KNOW U GUYS CAN! I been using this guy configuration

For FFX and FFXII I would try the wineskin port (either 1.2.1 or 1.0 will work). I guess your cpu is strong enough for those two games.

If you followed this guide you probably enabled desynchronization (zerospu settings -> TimeScaling). Try to put the tick and check again.
