Audio and Video problems

Hello everybody.
Yesterday I downloaded my first two games kh1 and jak 3. and when I started playing them I noticed that the voice is lagging very much (Audio problem) and the game is very slow (Video problem).
So if any one could help to find a solution for this game like change the setting to suit my laptop specs.

my laptop specs is:
Intel® Core™ i7-2670QM
8192MB RAM
DirectX 11
Display Mode 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (59Hz)
Video Card 2GB
