So I am playing Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and I managed to make it work at 60 fps with the help of some threads (converting codes, you guys probably know what i'm talking about) but there's been an issue with the audio. It's slow and kinda glitched out, I don't know how to explain but I know that's not how the game should sound. So I was wondering if anyone can help me here, please? I just want to enjoy this game.

a 60 fps cheat, i put the .pnach folder in the cheats folder and it does work. But like I said, the audio is glitched.

30 fps just doesn't do it for me, lol. Especially now since I know how smooth it works, I don't wanna give up.

If I don't use it the game runs at 30 fps and the audio is fine. I thought you wanted me to delete the cheat.
