Be sure to run pcsx2 with the following script launch_pcsx2_linux.sh

Then copy past the error from the terminals. And what is your GPU. It failed on intel and nvidia < 8000 (ie dx9 only capable card)

I don't think the build work with old GPU. there is a thread with another build. But your CPU is too slow and you will get nothings only a slideshow.
