If you cannot select hardware mode, you need to either update your graphics drivers or directx

update your drivers using this http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect

update directx with this http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/...aspx?id=35

another thing, number of software threads (if you do have to use it) should not exceed the number of cores on your cpu. as you have a dual core this should be no more than 2, 16 will just make it even slower.

Preset 6 isn't the best way to start.
Better start with default speedhacks and experiment by pushing ee cycle rate & vu cycle stealing step by step

what you could try too is saiki's guide : http://tinyurl.com/pcsx2v1
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Mobo : Asus PRIME B450-PLUS
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
RAM : 16 Go

From what I saw in the screenshots it's easy to determine that you don't have a discreet graphics unit and that you are most probably using the built-in graphics in which case you should check which motherboard you have to see if it supports Pixel Shader 3 or not.
Ra-One The Game is of Indian make (and no offense intended) but the graphics are not that heavy which goes same for the coding.
Bluntly speaking you should be able to play that game along with other low requirement games on your rig without problems.
