get the at least GDDR3 type and at least 128-bit bandwidth Radeon or Nvidia.
don't get the GDDR2 type and 64-bit bandwidth like 8600 GS it's weak for pcsx2

He means the memory on the graphic card. Not the memory on your motherboard.
