BIOS Setting: Disc Speed And Texture Mapping

i'm just wondering if Disc Speed And Texture Mapping setting in BIOS menu have any effects to performance in all games or some maybe? thanks.

They apply to the PS2's built-in Playtation1 game emulation only. Pcsx2 does not support emulation of PS1 games, so no. And, even if it did they probably still wouldn't matter. Pcsx2 uses it's own GS settings (texture mapping) and its own emulated Cdvd/Cdrom timings.
