in the configuration guide it says not to use SCPH10000.BIN, but there is no mention of which one I SHOULD use. Can someone please tell me the file name I want to choose?

SCPH10000.BIN is just the first PS2 bios and contains problems(some games may not work correctly with it).Any other bios is fine.
You should use the bios from your PS2 i7 4771 3.5Ghz,GTX750TI,16GB RAM
