Well, then there is something about your settings or hardware. You need to be a lot more specific:

-Any non-default settings
-Your OS
-Your hardware

I'm sure someone can helpWink

I can confirm that gsdx 5620 randomly crashes with that error, every 2 hours of gameplay or so. I will post additional information the next time I manage pcsx2 to crash.

The game randomly crashes (seems to happen in towns only so far), usually after playing for several hours. But if it crashed once, it is very likely that it will crash again shortly after loading the game (within 5 minutes) unless you restart the PC or update PCSX2 to a newer build. emulog.txt shows nothing special but I once was in window mode to see that an Error: GSdx: m_merge is NULL! error faced up. It seems to crash before this information can be written to the logfile. Dragon Quest 5 also crashed in a similar manner every 10 hours of gameplay or so using older revisions.

Hardware is Core i7-2670QM, Nvidia GT555M. Win7x64.
PCSX2 1.1 SVN 5628

The crash is not easy to reproduce, it just happens after playing for 1-2 hours.

Do you overclock your GPU?

Yes, I overclock my GPU, settings are tested and stable and can run modern PC games and other emulators like Dolphin flawlessly. I can try to disable / reduce overclocking but I think it makes no difference.
