Well, it's the same as desktop in terms of "disassemble/remove/insert/assemble", but of course hardware costs somewhat more. X9100 costs around $350-400. But it's very good in terms of performance.

the #1 reason using a desktop is better than usng a laptop period. (at least for the gamers anyway)

I think it was in regards to expanding your computer. It is much easier to swap out parts, GPU's, CPU's and what not for Desktops, then compared to a Laptop.
