Bad sound problem

Hi.
I'm using Pcsx2 0.9.6 everything configurated etc. For some reason, the sound is very bad on any game( i only tried Budokai 3 and Mortal Kombat Deception). I tried Zerospu,SPU-x and even Peops and none of these give me a better sound. Should i change some plugins? and if yes what should i use?
pls help
Note: i get 70 fps, and if i can work this problem out, the game would be more than playable.
Note2: the problem only appears at cutscenes!

Go to Config > CPU > Limit Frame.

If still haven't fix try re-download your's CPU sound plugin and Install.

Limit frame was already checked.
Where can i download these plugins from? + i really dont know what plugin should i use for budokai

If the game still plays at 70fps, you should put either 50 or 60 in the Custom FPS Limit field.

Yes i did! and it wasn't a plugin problem. I have set the EE cycle rate hack to default and the crackling is gone. thanks for help anyway!
