I have searched through posts and have not found anything like this issue. the screen loads fast and looks great but for some reason shows up with 2 right hand half's of the memory screen. Any ideas? The second pic is what I started with.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

Please make sure to enclose your emulog in code tags like so (remove the empty space on the closing code tag!):

Use latest git build and enable fast invalidation hw hack in gsdx.
... And be prepared to get horrendous performances. That CPU won't cut it
