Baldurs gate dark alliance widescreen. Help

Hi. I'm trying to get Baldur's Gate Dark Alliance to work. Its running smooth and all, but when i enable the widescreen patch it breaks the game.

This is what it looks like with widescreen patch:

Does anyone know how to fix this?
I am using PCSX2 v1.5.0.

Also, does anyone know how to undo a widescreen patch? simply unchecking 'Enable widescreen patches' or 'Enable cheats' or even deleting the patch file itself doesnt remove it.

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

tried loading from memcard instead of savestates
you only get this when using widescreen hack ?
with ogl renderer or d3d renderer ?
