setting VU clamping to Extra fixes the menus. Upping status to playable.

Comments:
Playable. Requires VU clamping set to "Extra" to fix menus, FMV's flicker in hardware mode, aside from that it's fine.
Recommended MTVU and a bit of VU Cycle Stealing to bring the game speed up.
