Baulders Gate

Hey all I am very new to this emulation thing. Every time I try to play Dark Alliance Baulders gate it seems to constantly run in slow motion, it starts of at 100% speeds and slowly goes down to 1% speed. The talking and cut scenes in the game were fine and worked perfectly. I've literally tried every setting I found online for optimising - can anyone help me please?

Please post the contents of the emulog.txt file after the problem occurs. The file can be found in "My Documents\PCSX2\logs" for the installer version or in "PCSX2\logs" for the portable/binary version.

and btw give latest git a try + don't forget to enable fast invalidation hack

Wait wasn't Dark Alliance always the problem child of Baldur's Gate, thought that it was/fell under one of the heavier games. If I remembered it correctly, ofcourse time doesn't stop, just like tech, same can be said for PCSX2, but I think this was still the case Smile

yeah i think it falls onto the top 5 demanding games on PCSX2 but i was hoping the problem is ratified by now.

Well if it's still in the top 5 I think then that you just solved (Not meant in a ***** way ofcourse) your own problem, you might get a stronger PC for that game.
