try using official beta instead of an unsupported Svn.

The latest release version is 0.9.8 r4600 which is recommended to use.

The latest svn build is... well check it here:
http://buildbot.orphis.net/pcsx2/

Only those builds offered by us or the SVN build bot are supported and we don't know where you got yours since it's neither from the SVN build bot or the official 0.9.8 release.
