Best CPU for software rendering?

Hi, everyone! I'm planning on doing a major hardware upgrade for my PC in the near future. However, I need to know what CPU would be the best for using software rendering mode in pcsx2. I'm currently planning on getting an Intel Core-i9 11900K(has a single-thread passmark score of 3,493 on cpubenchmark.net). Would that be enough to play games in software rendering mode at full speed at 60fps(i.e. Sega Ages vol.31 Cybertroopers Virtual-On [SLPM-62767])? Or would I need another kind of CPU? My current PC specs are in my signature below. Any assistance on this would be appreciated.

? What, you mean the CPU I've got right now(AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8-Core Processor @3.7 GHz), or the one I'm planning on getting(Intel Core-i9 11900K)? Please be a little more specific.

can't guarantee about sega ages, though
