Simply as the subject puts it,I am looking for the best keyboard layout for MGS2: Sons of Liberty.  I've owned this game for awhile, but I haven't been able to get a PS2 again, and I don't own any of the controllers.  Due to this,I reverted tot he emulator, but I just want to know how to best use it in this case.  Thank you in advance.

No PS2, no emulator as you couldn't have got your BIOS from a PS2 you do not have in your possession.
