Best Plugins for my configuration!

Hello, i'm new here, and i was wondering what would be the best plugins to use, for my laptop configuration.
This is my laptop configuration:
PB EasyNote TK85
with an Intel Core i3 processor 2.53GhZ
4:00 GB RAM
and two video cards:
- Nvidia GeForce GT540M with 1GB CUDA
- Intel HD Graphics i3

So, my Laptop is ok for running any ps2 game?
Cause i am getting 30fps instead of 50 at some games, and i was thinking it could be the graphic plugin

I am trying to play Metal Gear Solid 3 but the game lags and the audio lags alot. My system has following specs:

AMD Turion II Dual Core
4GB DD2

What can i do to speed this up?
