Just updated my plugins using the SVN and the problem seems to have been solved. I was only 10 revisions behind so those SPU2-X changes must've fixed something that was broken on my end.

OP, try updating your plugins to the newest SVN and see if that helps.
Drag the Plugins folder and the PCSX2-r5411 from that download into C:\Program Files (x86)\PCSX2 1.0.0 and then run PCSX2-r5411 (you might need to reconfigure everything to what it was before)

Thanx, but that didn't do anything 4 me!! lol Can u give me ur Audio plugin settings 2 see if I either enabling/disabling something that shouldn't be?? lol

Are you sure the player you use can play back wav files? Since your video file works, the audio file should be fine as well
