The Game: All Oldschool FIFA games (01-14) ((14 as it runs on the 07 engine))
My Laptop Acer Aspire E5
Operating System = Microsoft Windows 8.1 (build 9200), 64-bit
Physical RAM = 8081 MB
CPU name = Intel® Core i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz
Vendor/Model = GenuineIntel (stepping 09)
CPU speed = 1.795 ghz (4 logical threads)
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 4000
GPU Ram: Cant find out as the laptop its self cant decide.

Your specs are pretty weak especially the 1.795 ghz and the fact that it is a i3. I'm guessing speed hacks can offer some hope but don't expect any miracles. The gpu isn't fantastic either and will only allow you to play at native res most of the time. Better stick to playing on the ps2

Try speed hack set to 2. Set res to native.set clamping mode to none. Experiment with different settings but still be held back by the CPU. Sorry mate not much you can do. Pcsx2 is cpu demanding and your cpu isn't up to par.

Your clock speed is very low and the fact that it is a laptop cpu doesn't exactly help the situation.
