Well its somewhat smoother but sometimes hangs a little.

what do you exactly mean? you get more fps or not? and what you mean it hangs? crashes? freeze? slowdown?

Yes I get more FPS and it freezes for 0.5 secs or 1s and then resumes.
Could be my comp ><

try updating your drivers and cleaning your pc cause maybe its a high temperatures problem! thanks for telling me those though

about the hangs and freezes during the game,thats pretty common if you are using frame skip,but if you dont then it could be something related to your gpu drivers too

Well I really wanna play DBZ Budokai Tenkaichi 3 with good graphics and at a good speed (possibly 70fps 'coz I feel 60 is slow for the game).

Here are my specs :
C2D e7500 2.93ghz
9600GT 1 GB (ddr2 one)
2GB ddr3 ram

Any suggestions for settings and which build to use?

What kind of pcsx2?

Mine is Pcsx2 0.9.6 but my configure is good untill i got 120fps!!!
my computer is (Intel Pentium dual core T4200 2.00GHz
memory ram just 1.00 GB.)

You must be using the newer GSDX.
If you get 0.1.4 the graphics would be much more like the real ps2 and would be slower.
With the newer plugins I got more than 60fps too.

I was thinking the same thing.
Maybe because of the speed hacks.
