Best config for Dell XPS 17?

Right so I got a new laptop...

I haven't properly configured PCSX2 0.9.6 yet, and I was just wondering what configuration I should use?

I've been playing KH2, DMC 3 and NUN3 and they all work near perfect, with a tiny bit of lag every so often, but the graphics are slightly sketchy and such. For example, in Kingdom Hearts 2, I can see Sora's health bar, but not how much health he actually has, so I have no idea how close he is to dying XD
In Devil May Cry 3, it all looks choppy, and such. Hard to explain!!

ALSO: does anyone know if it's possible to connect an Xbox 360 controller via a usb cable to play with?

Make sure you set the affinity for Pcsx2 to just Core 0+1.

I tested out a 740QM the other day and it makes a hell of a difference since it goes from 1.73>2.55Ghz
