Best config for weak notebook

Hello, i ha an weak notebook, an Dell with 4gb RAM, no add on, just the default hardware, Intel HD graphics and etc. And i am playnig Castlevania Lamnt of Innocence, and i am facing FPS drops, especially in rooms with enemies, and that was not happening before, when i started the game.

So, in that in mind, what are the best configs for weak notebooks? The defaults? There is something i can change (with this notebook, of course) in the configs so i can 60 FPS more stable?
