Best configuration for these specs?

I'm using PCSX2 0.9.8. When I'm currently playing, the FPS goes up a lot to 90-100+ FPS when there are no/few character models/or there's not much happening. Around 40 FPS during the AMVs, around 20s when there's a(n) active/very active event.

keep in mind your laptop is not really the best for pcsx2.
and 1.6 is outside the system requirements

best to get a desktop or play on your PS2 instead.

Please help me with this specs. I have a large RAM but cpu is so slow. Anything u can help me? I cant enjoy Call of Duty Finest hour with slow FPS.

Your CPU are FAR below than minimal spec, keep playing it on your PS2 until you can afford a better system.

You can't trust YouTube videos, everything were rendered at full FPS...

While the real FPS are more lower...
