Best configuration help???

Im trying to get the best fps and quality but i don't know what to do my specs are
AMD Radeon HD 6570
AMD FX™-4100 quad core possessor
8gb ram
windows 7 ultimate 64bit

which pcsx/plugin-version do you have?
post emu-log after starting the game.

What do you want to achieve? How do you define 'best fps and quality'?

In the Gs-plugin in hardware mode you can find an upscaling feature which will increase the resolution but might lower your fps.
