Best graphic plugins for SWBF1?

Hi, I'm having issues with my graphics settings. I don't understand why, but I can run other games just fine, but no matter what plugin i use for this game, I can't get 100% speed unless I sacrifice something else. I could play it 100% speed but there's no skybox and it's jarring. Otherwise, it's at like 15%. Can someone help me with this?

Use 1.5 dev builds,
use opengl renderer and keep blending level to at least basic.
