Since my laptop runs 80 percent of PS2 games between 25 to 45 fps(in Software Mode), I want to buy a new laptop that fully supports some heavy/slow games like [Gran turismo 4, Shadow of the colossus, Metal gear solid 3 and ...]
So which laptop in the market is the best choice for emulation of PS2 game?Unsure
[I don't want to buy a desktop pc because I want to have my pc everywhere I go]

Something like this (obviously not this because it's out of stock atm)

Anything with these processors and any of these GPUs will run a lot (if not all games) at max FPS. Have a look around American shops and you'll find something like this easily.

the highest possible is i7-3520M w/ basic speed of 2.9Gs

don't try to get the "QM" models almost all of them has very low on basic clock speed and hi-temps potential.
Main PC1:i5-4670,HD7770(Active!)
Main PC2:i5-11600K,GTX1660Ti(Active!)

No problems with high temps or "low" speeds on my end.
